Mike Doab

Managing Director


Michael Doab has 39 years’ experience in Project and Construction Management, Scheduling and Estimating within Engineering Infrastructure, Mineral Processing, Ore Handling and Petro-chemical Projects throughout Australia for contractors, consultants and client organisations. As Managing Director of Doab Enterprises, Mike leads the company and remains hands-on, at all times, to ensure the best possible outcome for each and every client.


Wendy Doab

Company Secretary


As Owner/Director, Wendy has been involved with all facets of the company’s growth over many years, and will continue to play an integral role managing and administrating the companies finances.


Ian Perkins

Ian knows the power of strategically building a business voice. It has enabled him to build a number of companies into market leading positions and sell them at their peak. Ian is an innovative and forward thinking business professional.

Thirty years experience across all facets of the Australian fashion industry has provided Ian with a valuable core skill set in regards to strategy, product sourcing, retail, wholesale and sales maximisation. Throughout his career, Ian has played integral roles with senior management teams, developing and executing business plans, building and motivating sales teams, driving company culture and taking responsibility for financial outcomes of a company’s performance. This has proven to be Ian’s valuable niche in the business environment.


Jayson Tiu

Estimating and Programme Management Associate

Jayson has a Civil Engineering background and has been working in the construction industry for more than a decade.  He has extensive experience in Project Management and Estimating, particularly in the field of earthworks, civil and building construction. He continues to expand his knowledge under the tutelage of Michael Doab. Jayson is also a Product Facilitator for Doab Enterprises’ internal estimating software D’est.


Anne Gibbs

Senior Office Administrator


Anne is a highly experienced, energetic and motivated finance and administration professional with 15 years proven success in diverse administration, accounts, book keeping and customer service across the Building and Construction, Engineering, Transport, Banking and Mining and Infrastructure sectors.


Jack Dowds

Senior Electrical Engineer/Estimator


Jack is an Electrical Engineer with experience in surface coal plants and underground longwall mining, heavy industrial equipment, electrical MV and HV power systems plus instrumentation. He is also knowledgeable in all facets of Engineering Studies from feasibility to Design, drafting specifications, construction management and supervision, commissioning and trouble shooting of surface and underground mining electrical plant installations, rail infrastructure and industrial power systems, including generation, transmission and distribution.


Peter Steele

Engineering Associate


Peter has over 20 years experience in the civil engineering and project management fields. His skills include project managing large scale multidisciplinary projects, including varying levels of community and environmental interactions. Peter also has significant experience  as a professional design engineer in both private practice and local government sectors including design and documentation in mining infrastructure, major roads, local government  and subdivision works giving him a broad and detailed level of understanding in every project.
